RefectoCil Deep Blue is an eyelash tint, only effective for women with light blonde to blonde lashes. Unlike RefectoCil No. 2 blue black the shade No. 2.1 deep blue contains a higher blue portion, which appears more intense the brighter the natural hair colour is. RefectoCil Deep Blue tint suits clients with blue eyes or those who like blue or violet eye make-up. RefectoCil No. 2.1 deep blue makes your eye make-up a real highlight!
